“People think that judgments will make them stronger or protect them, but the truth is that judgments actually weaken us. They can weaken our immune system. They can throw us off our peace, off of our balance. So really during this time, one of the most loving ways we can care for ourselves is to tend to our own inner turbulence and create that peace within.” -Chausey Leebron
During a time of heightened energy mixed with the stress of the holidays and a year that is asking us to let go of attachments, Leena connects with Psychotherapist Chausey Leebron, LMFT to have an honest conversation about cultivating presence and more self-love during these times.
